Thanks to everyone who was able to make our ride to Door County and Washington Island. Unofficially, it was noted that this was Chapter Z2’s largest participation in a ride of this type in its history. We had 18 bikes, 28 riders and 3 days of riding fun, putting on about 650 miles. Quality riding on some slow roads. Don Shore laid out the map that led us through interesting back roads, state parks, and beautiful scenery. Doug Koglin handled the room logistics, which gets more and more complicated as we have more riders! Already everyone is looking forward to our ride to Hazard, KY later this year. Thanks also to Arlene Graeff who is now our unofficial chapter baker, after whipping up several dozen cookies for everyone to enjoy after the ride. Robert Urllich and Butch Thielenhouse offering snacks and drinks are more examples of how everyone participates. Thank you everyone!

Our next ride is a day ride to Lake Delevan, WI to the Waterfront Eatery for a dinner and return on the same day. Make sure to sign up at our next Chapter meeting so we can make reservations at the restaurant. Stay tuned to the Event Calendar on our web site for the latest info!
Send me any pictures to add to our photo album of this event. Please send as a zipped file and not individual shots.
